The only time you can interrupt a demo is when safety is about to be compromised! Say “STOP!”

1. Check the assessment area (demo area, written test and interview area, waiting area). Sa demo
bukas, iprovide itong tatlong areas na ito
- Demo area – tools and materials and equipment based on the scheduled candidates, check the
safety as a whole. Waiting area has proper ventilation, conducive, no noise, etc.

2. Confidentiality – integrity and credibility of the assessment package.


- In getting the certification it should be 3 – 5 days (how much is the certification, 50Php, bring to the
provincial office the CARS and wait 3 – 5 days to wait para makuha NC)
- If the candidate does not agree, he should write a letter addressed to the AC Mngr and he will write
a letter to the district office
- If the candidate appealed and the candidate wins the hearing, your license to teach will be revoked.
If the assessor wins, the candidate will be block listed.

3. Provide candidates reasonable adjustments (language, beliefs, PWD, senior citizens, etc.)
- Fairness and flexibility are some of the reasons why you have to do a reasonable adjustment (adjust
to the candidate)

- Purpose of the assessment (why are you taking the assessment?)
- Ask if there are any questions and not start until there are no more questions

In feedbacking to avoid possible appeal to the assessor – use sandwich method, before the SM, ask the
performance of the candidate, point out all the negative and / or the mistakes the candidate did (give
the candidates self-realization), show the rating sheets,
