Presentation Material

• The author will be notified directly by reviewer for any


modification from the original paper.
• The slide presentation needs to be made in Microsoft PowerPoint
(*.pptx) at least Office 2010 with predefined template design
(provided by the committee).
• English is a mandatory when it comes to presentation material.
The sequence of presentation is determined by the committee.
• Presenters have to cover up the presentation material soft-files
to the committees at the Test Room. If there is any revisions of
the article, the presenters also need to submit their changes to
the committees atleast 30 minutes before presentation time,
(PPT compilation Nov, 1st 2019 / 8mb max), Test Room Nov 24th
2019 2pm – 5pm max).
Guidelines of Oral Presentation
Presentation Delivery

• Presenters must present in the room at least 15 minutes before


the presentation begins.
• Presenters have to copy the presentation material soft-files to
the committees at the Test Room. If there is any revisions of
the article, the presenters also submit their changes to the
committees 30 minutes before presentation time, as the last.
• During the presentation, presenters and participants are
expected to maintain peace and order.
• The rules of the committees and the decision of the jury shall
be inviolable.
• Each presenter is given a 15 minutes presentation time, question
and answer time of 5 minutes, and memento awarding for 5
minutes.
Guidelines of Oral Presentation
Oral Presentation Order

• The committees will give a time reminder in ten, five, and


three minutes before the presentation time is over.
(ringbell, minutes counter).
• All presenters and participants are prohibited from giving
applause during the presentation and question & answer
session. Applause should only be given when the
presentation and question & answer session is complete.
• Presenters and participants are not allowed to leave the
room during the presentation, without the permission of
the committees.
• Documentation recorded as video along the session.
