MOTION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF WRIT OF EXECUTION

COMES NOW Accused, through undersigned counsel and unto

this Honourable Court most respectfully states:

1. That on September 11, 2018 opposing parties with the assistance

of their respective counsels submitted to this Court a
Compromise Agreement;

2. That on October 8, 2018, this Honorable Court rendered a

DECISION on the civil aspect of the above-captioned case, the
dispositive portion of which provides:

“WHEREFORE, finding the afore-quoted adopting all the terms

and conditions of the said Compromise Agreement between the
opposing parties of this case to be not contrary to law, public
morals, public policy and public interest and will redound to their
mutual benefits, a DECISION on the civil aspect of this case is
hereby rendered adopting all the terms and conditions of the said
Compromise Agreement and the opposing parties are directed to
strictly comply therewith”;

3. That until now, the private complainants failed to comply with the
terms and conditions of the Compromise Agreement;
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

that a Writ of Execution be issued to enforce the DECISION, dated
October 8, 2018 of this Honorable Court (Annex “A”)

Other reliefs as may be deemed just and equitable are likewise prayed
for.
