Overview 
Nekonium is a blockchain based on ETH source code, originally created by Japanese team 
for experiment of smart contracts & blockchain. After development & testing phase 
(around 1 year), the blockchain will go on its own way: community driven through petition 
& voting. It will fully inherit smart contract technology in Ethereum and will target the 
community in Japan with more Dapps, and Webapps.  

Goals 
1. Be famous in Japan => Earth => the Universe through branding art, illustrations, 
music, souvenirs, gifts and a friendly community :)  
2. Community driven blockchain. All developments will be proposed by NUKO 
holders & cherished/implemented by community developers 
3. To be decided through voting + petition
