PARKING
Best access for exhibitors is via Merivale St to P2 Parking Area
The discounted flat rate for exhibitor parking is $17.00 per day/per vehicle. Undercover parking available with direct lift access to the convention and exhibition facilities.
A QR discount code is attached to your exhibitor e-ticket and is required to redeem the discount rate by following the below steps:
1. Take a car park ticket upon entry each day (don’t swipe your credit card)
2. When departing please take your ticket to a designated pay station
3. Insert your car parking ticket in the machine, then scan the QR code.
4. Your discount will be applied and a $17 rate will be charged (cash and credit card are accepted)
5. Proceed to your vehicle and insert your validated ticket at the exit gate.

EXHIBITOR ACCESS & PASSES

EXHIBITOR PASSES
Exhibitor pass allocations for each booking will be emailed directly to the email address used to make the booking as an electronic ticket or E-Ticket.
These will be sent approximately one week prior to an event. Exhibitor e-tickets can be distributed to your staff for individual arrival. The number
of e-tickets sent will be determined by your booking inclusions and or additional passes purchased.

Upon arrival, exhibitor e-tickets will be scanned by ticketing staff at either:

• Loading Dock 3 Entry
• Hall 3 Main Foyer Door

A specific entry location will be advised on the e-ticket as entry points vary between venues.

Once scanned, ticketing staff will issue an exhibitor wristband which must be worn throughout the duration of the event. An exhibitor wristband
grants access to the event throughout the weekend. ALL exhibitors MUST be scanned prior to entry. Wristbands will not be issued unless the e-ticket
is scanned.

Each e-ticket is individually numbered and can only be scanned once. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to distribute passes to staff prior to
arrival either via email or as a printed ticket. If arriving as a group, all e-tickets must be individually scanned. Tickets can be scanned either from a
device or printed copy.

ADDITIONAL PASSES
Additional passes can be purchased either:
• Online via the exhibitor portal by logging into a booking and following the “Edit” link
• Onsite via the Exhbitor Services Desk or Supanova Celebrity Token Store

DELIVERY & FEES
All items intended to be rigged & hung must be done prior to bump in.
Fees will be invoiced directly by Supanova prior to the event. Signage and materials must be delivered onsite on the specified days as indicated in the
DELIVERY SCHEDULE section of this document or risk not being rigged. Fees and charges will still apply for items not arriving without prior indication
as rigging points are made prior to arrival incuring labour fees. Please refer to the delivery details below;

Freight must be packed and ready for loading by 12pm, 4th November
Pallets must not exceed 1.17m x 1.17m x 2m @1,000kgs
All spaces are to be pre-purchased by 15th October
If our vehicles reaches capacity, Strictly first in rule applies
Expo Freight holds the right to refuse orders based on volumes
Cancelations refunds are subject to our discretion based on volume and time frame
If you elect to utilise cage service we can transport pallets to Brisbane
We can arrange cages to be delivered to your premises, and collected post events
For any bookings that cannot be allocated to our dedicated vehicle an LCL rate to send freight on an express service will be applicable

We do not trade pallets, maintaining Loscam and Chep pallets is the responsibility of each exhibitor
Standard pallet 1.17m x 1.17m x 2m @1000kgs. If this size is exceeded, additional charges will be applicable
Payment must be made prior to the collection of freight
We are not a general carrier and hold limited liability for damages/loss to product. If you wish to purchase freight insurance this can be done
manually but must be requested 3 business days prior to travel
