1) Was able to successfully handle client defects for SM Energy & Marsh
Supermarkets and perform root cause analysis for them without much help from
other team members.

2) Took ownership of a medium complexity mid-year new implementation client

'Tejon Ranch' from a configuration standpoint along with taking up the concerned
defect analysis work.
