ORIGIN STATION DESTINATION STATION

1. Building a record (Lost, Damage, Pilfered)

2. Find the bags/ open the record & adds the


“forwarded” instruction

3. Add arrival info (after bags arrived, correct


status)

4. Delivery (build delivery order)

5. Chraging

6. Coding (Station accept charges)

7. Close record

Note: These are the sequence, each stations must have the sequence step-by-step. Otherwise the case
or tracer/ lost record will not closed.

Flight JT 20 CGK-DPS, passenger name: Fattan, BagTag: 111137/111138

At DPS, bagtag number 111138 has lost, and Audrey report to the LL division.

1. Staff LL DPS create lost baggage record (based on psgr report?)

 Create record (Shift F1):

Note: if one of the field empty, system will ask you to fill I, then you can close.

 Add bagtag
 (if the record already exist) it comes pop-up ‘duplicate bagtag’

 Choose ‘display prev created record’

 CGK or other station forwarding next instruction (after bag founded)


 On hand (Shift F10)

 Choose ‘forward/ BIS’

 Choose ‘forward bag(s) in existing record’

 Controlling station and airline ex: CGKJT (station having the baggage)
 Flight (which bag will onboard)
