Practical Military Training Operations Order


All activities listed are considered PMT events. IAW AFROTCI 36 ‐2011, para 10.3. PMT for AFROTC includes
LLAB, PT, FT and Professional Development Training (PDT). PMT is AFROTC-sponsored training that is uniquely
PMT Explanation military and meets the requirements in Title 10 U.S.C. 2109.

mPMT: Any AFROTC sponsored training activity designed to present training objectives;

vPMT: Any sponsored military related training activity that the Det CC designates as voluntary PMT.

- Provide a physically strenuous workout for AFROTC Det 880 to Increase PFA average

- Increase the Wing’s motivation to work out by completing strenuous workouts.

A flight starts in front of NEB Run Color


Each following flight steps off from NEB once the preceding flight reaches Preston Library Run Color

Inclement weather plan:


In the event of inclement weather, the entire Cadet Wing will form up in the CPTF for a station workout. Each station will be led by the respective
Flight Commanders and POC without other obligations.

Timeline:
0605-0610: Formation in CPTF and dynamic warm up (Attachment 2)
0610-0645: Station Workout
0645-0655: Accountability Formation/Dismissal

** Stations will be 10 minutes long with 2 minutes for transition time


** Station POC will administer hydration breaks as needed.

Station 1 (C/Lerner): Sprints (Back straight away, upper track)


● Two lines
● Sprint, jog, spiderman crawl, lunges, etc.
Station 2 (C/Marano): Pull AMRAP (Back straight away, under track)
● Release cadets to pull up bars, 5 pullups.
● 15 4-count pushups at the other end once everyone gathers.
● Sprint, jog, lunge, etc. back.
● 20 4-count Air Squats at the other end, then repeat.
● Cadets will assume the “Y” squat while waiting for everyone to finish.
Station 3 (C/Binh Tran): Cardio Station (Front straight away, upper track)
● Cadets will perform cardio sprints.
● Sprints, lunges, bear crawls, etc. at POC discretion.
Station 4 (C/Whearty): PT Circle (By the climbing ropes, under front track)
● POC will make an effort to call out FTP and IMT to lead in exercises.
