History
Under ROTC, Vanguard Management (1971-1981)

 RPT used to conduct platoon to platoon recruitment

 The members chooses the applicants that they will accept through shoot offs, training
processes, etc.
 Trains at a range on Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
 Discipline: Live fire and Air gun
 Vanguard’s Commandant: General Vallejo

Sometime in 1981, the Commandant of vanguard changed and it became Ramon Dumaual
where the residents had a bit of conflicts in terms of agreements which is why they decided to
turn RPT into a University wide Organization. Meanwhile, ROTC made another shooting team.
