accommodation at Pride Sun Village, Goa, India (1st March 2020- check-in 1400 hrs till

Registration fee once paid is non-refundable.

• Air/rail/road transfers are not included in the Programme Fee. Participants have to make
their own travel arrangements to & fro from the programme venue on 1st March 2020
(arrival) & 7th March 2020 (departure) respectively.

• Single occupancy slots are limited in number. In case single occupancy slots
are full, participants shall be accommodated against Twin sharing slots on
applicable fee and the differential amount shall be refunded.

• The Programme Advisory Committee reserves the right to accept/reject any
