What matters in today’s organization is not performance but High Performance. Your role is not just
managing your performance but your team, unit and project performance. The functional expertise
support the job requirements, but ability to deliver high performance needs understanding
behavioural and management of performance contexts. This course orients towards developing
managerial competencies for high performance in a VUCA world.

Course Coverage
• Develop an understanding towards performance management system in the organizations
• Learn the skills towards enhancing capabilities and improving managerial performance in
business
• Critical analysis of different ways of managing people’s performance in different contexts,
challenges and ethical concerns in managing performance
