It is to state with much modesty and due honour that I am Mother of my son
Namely Khan Mohammed Jareer Zubair studying in your prestigious institution, and
learning in 6th standard.
I would like to request you to please grant the School Leaving Certificate for
my ward. The reason being as I am staying at Mumbra, Dist – Thane. Which is at far
distance from your reputed school, due to this travel distance, my ward is unable to
manage his schedule properly. Because of this we have found a school next to our
place.
I would like to inform you that, we have already paid the half year school fees
for the upcoming academic year of 2019-20, and no any other fees is being pending /
due in and towards my ward.
Therefore, I kindly request your goodself to instruct the concerned staff to
complete the formalities on my request and provide me with the School Leaving
Certificate of my ward at the earliest , so that we can continue the admission process
there. I shall be grateful to you if you will issue my children’s school leaving
certificate. Your support will be highly appreciated.
