or latest amendments.

Freight charge : @ 3% per unit extra up to destination.
Payment : 50% advance with PO and balance before despatch.
Inspection : By RITES or By Consignee at your cost.
Delivery : Within 60 days from the date of P.O.
Octroi : As Applicable or Exemption certificate/Way bill required.
Insurance : By you.
Warranty : 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of
installation, whichever is earlier by the original buyer.
Validity : 90 days
