Terms & Conditions:

 Delivery: Within 6 Weeks of purchase order with 50% advance.

 Subsidy subjected to approval from MNRE and NREDCAP. All necessary paper work
required for the customer will be provided by us. Subsidy is in the scope of customer.

 Offer Validity - 15Days.

 50% advance along with purchase order, 40% after procuring goods & dispatch and
final payment of 10% after installation & commissioning.

 All warranties are given by the Respective Manufacturers and not by Genret Energy
Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Hence all warranties are subject to terms and conditions imposed
by the Respective Manufacturers.

 One year warranty of workmanship

 Invoice[s] not paid in time will attract interest @ 24%.

 If there is any increase or decrease in government duties and taxes at the time of
dispatch, the same shall be charged extra @ actual.

 Transportation of all system components and materials is in customer scope

 Accommodation should be provided for concerned technicians and personnel by the

customer
