COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

30% against materials readiness / pro-forma invoice, prior to

7 Warranty Clause-
NOTE:
a) Performance warranty is not applicable if the panels not cleaned as indicated in the Concern
product manufacturer O&M plan& installing panels under shadow.

b) Breakages, electronics/electrical/mechanical damages due to accidental or unforeseen weather

conditions does not cover the warranty.
c) Warranty applicable from the date of installation or commissioning whichever is earlier.
I.Solar Panels Solar Modules are warranted for
o 90% min performance at the end of 10th year.
o 80% min performance at the end of 25th Year.
II.Inverter 8 years from the date of installation or commissioning whichever
is earlier.
III.Complete system 5 years from the date of installation or commissioning whichever
is earlier.
8 Commercial offer applicability o Roof – Flat RCC/Slope roof with no shadow (Roof
should be available ready for installation).
o For flat RCC: Module mounting structure is ballast type and its
height is 0-1 Meter. If the height of the structure is to be
elevated, then the additional cost will be extra.
o Maximum cable from inverter to termination point is 30 Meter.
Any extra cable will be in customers account.
o Termination of the system at existing ACDB/Meter point only.
o Government approvals & licenses in customer scope if
applicable & should be available before start of work.
Supporting documents will be provided by Concern product
manufacturer.
o Panel technology& capacity –Mono Half Cut 540 WP size.
9 Technical Note o Shadow on the panels affects on the performance of panels.
o Recommended to clean the panel once in 3-4 weeks.
o Concern product manufacturer recommends to net metering to
avoid wastage of surplus energy generation. In such cases
(without net metering), Concern product manufacturer not
responsible for such losses.
10 O & M (Operation & AGE will provide O&M on AMC basis
Maintenance)
11 Force Majeure This proposal as well as the resulting order are subject to standard
Force Majeure clauses. Any disputes arising out of execution of
this deal is subjected to Patna, Bihar Jurisdiction only.

Validity – This offer is valid for a period of one month from date of offer.
