PROJECT SUMMARY:
This project is to design, procure, install & commission a grid tie PV with an installed capacity
of about 3.2 KW with Tier 1 PV Modules and to electrically integrate the Solar power with
existing network.

SCOPE OF WORK:
SEPNERGY SOLUTIONS shall be responsible for procurement, erection and construction jobs
for PV Solar Power system. This includes providing appropriately skilled management,
supervision and labor, all tools and equipment needed to undertake site preparation and to
implement agreed plan with the client.

Followings will be SEPNERGY SOLUTIONS prime responsibility for construction:

 Engineering, supply, installation and commissioning of complete Project.

 Installation of mounting structure.
 Installation of PV modules.
 Interconnection of PV modules.
 DC cable laying & termination
 DC Cable tray installation
 Earthing system with earth pits
 DC combiner panels installation
 Installation of inverter with inverter mounting stand.

EXCLUSIONS
 Any type of civil work required for roof modification or enhancement in order to make
roof feasible for Solar Panels Frames is not included in offer.
 AC Side Material (Breakers, Cable) will be Charged as per actual (From Inverter to Load
Control Panels).
 Safe access for workers and material shifting on the roof top should be available.

 60% Advance of total amount at the time of award of Contract with issuance of PO.
 30% on Delivery of Solar PV Panels, Inverter, Structure, cables and accessories.
 10% after commissioning.

Terms & Conditions

 Net-Metering Process usually takes 2 months.
 System efficiency will be about 75% to 80% at peak time as per PV manufacturer.
 Any kind of electrical/civil work except above mentioned scope of work is not included
in this offer.
 Any kind of modification in rooftop in order to make it suitable for solar installation is
not included in this offer.
 Smart Meter / Zero Export Device and Load flow study is not included in this offer.
 The financial offer is prepared factoring in an exchange rate of Pakistan Rupee (PKR) to
the United States Dollar (USD) of Two Hundred (PKR 200). Only if the exchange rate
changes by two percent (2%) or more, the impact of the change in exchange rate shall
be borne by or passed through to the CUSTOMER, adjusted for the tolerance of two
percent (+/- 2%).
