Timeline – Sunsnatch Solar shall submit a detailed project schedule of the EPC startup outline the activities
encompassing the material supplies, construction, and installation-commissioning. The expected schedule shall not
exceed 06 months from date of land handover for execution considering advance payment milestone and contract
signing is completed.

Payment Terms -
 20% Advance Against Po

 65 % Against Module BL/PO/Dispatch LR

 10% Against 80% Project cost on complete installation completion

 5% against Plant handover

Guarantees and Warranties

 PV Modules - Solar modules used in solar power plants/ systems are warranted for their
degeneration rate in rating/ output peak watt capacity of up to 2.00% in the first year and at the
reduced rates of 0.55% p.a. in the subsequent years. It is further warranted that output peak
watt capacity of solar modules shall not be less than 92.00% (approx.) at the end of 10 years and
84.80% at the end of 25 years (Mono).

 Inverters - Inverters are warranted against any manufacturing/ design/ installation defects for a
period of 5 years +5 Year extendable

 Mechanical Structures, Other Electrical Works and Balance of Plant –Mechanical

structures, electrical/ electronic items, balance of plant and overall workmanship of the SPV
power plants/ systems are warranted against any manufacturing/ design/ installation defects for
a period of 2 years.

 Service period – 5 Year from complete installation

 Manufacturers’ Warranties/ Guarantee -Sunsnatch solar shall be primarily responsible to for

observance and compliance of the above guarantees and warranties. Sunsnatch solar shall
arrange to pass on to the aforesaid guarantees/ warranties from the manufacturers/ suppliers of
respective components of solar plants/ systems. Sunsnatch solar shall facilitate and try their
level best without sparing any efforts for the enforcement of guarantees/ warranties on
manufacturers/suppliers of the components, in case if there is any guarantee/ warranty claim.
Sunsnatch solar Workmanship warranty will be 24 months from Commencement Operation
Date.
