 Payment : 40% advance along with PO & balance 60% along with
PI prior to dispatch.
 Validity : 1 Month.
 Any Variation in qty will be as per Unit Rate mentioned in Anx-1.
 Any kind of Civil/ Mechanical Structural work shall not be considered
as a part of our Scope. Scaffolding if required will be arranged by you.
 Safe Storage space at site to be provided by you.
 Transit Insurance will be arranged by M/s Voltas Limited.
 Please Note:
1). Installation is in your scope.
2). Airfare, To & Fro Lodging & Boarding will be extra as discussed.
3). Commissioning charges will be extra as discussed.
4). Cabling, Conduiting & Termination will be in your scope.
5). Integration of VFD with BMS is not in your scope. (We can give
VFD data on Modbus / RS485 or Bacnet/MSTP).
