Apart from being gluten free, ragi dosa contains good amounts of fibre and is a rich source of iron, calcium and other minerals.

Ingredients Of Ragi Dosa


Mix the ragi flour, rice flour, curd, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and onions. Add sufficient wate

1 tsp Cumin seeds

5-6 Curry leaves
