THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED EDUCATION ROADMAP FOR MBA

The programme designed keeping in mind the mid-career professionals, who will be better able to work in
corporate sector, Banks and Government departments. The Roadmap of the MBA programme is designed as a
specialized management program that aims to graduate students who will use business analytic theories and
methods to make significant contributions in solving managerial and technical problems. Students learn about
business analytical theories and methods ─ including (big) data management, business intelligence, data
mining, predictive modeling and other quantitative methods ─ to solve business problems. Students are
trained with skills such as translating business problems into analytical problems, developing analytical
models, managing big volumes of data, analyzing data for providing solutions across business functional areas,
interpreting analytical solutions for managerial decision-making, and communicating analytical results to
novice and advanced technical audiences in a business environment.

We aim to build the Skills, attitude and personality in addition to the quality education of International
standards. The MBA programme is an intense, demanding academic experience, involving two years of full-
time study. The programme develops business managers who can provide leadership at any level in an
increasingly global economy. The two-year programme is based on a collection of Core and Elective courses
which are taught in a case based method style. MBA programme is an experiential learning process which is
based on practical application of reflective learning process in an entrepreneurial environment. The MBA
programme was recently revised according to the current best practices incorporating feedback from HEC new
implementation roadmap. The new experiential learning model is based on practical application of reflective
learning process in an entrepreneurial environment, which augments personal leadership capacity building by
bringing industry experts to the classroom.

The MBA Programme is designed for mid-career managers and entrepreneurs who are
keen to take on greater challenges and make an impact on the productivity of their organizations. These
individuals can leverage their rich work experience through this world-class management programme. The
curriculum has been designed to provide both depth and breadth of a rigorous, distinguished management
programme. While starting with the fundamentals of each functional area, the courses quickly step up to
advanced levels in order to maximize learning of a group of highly experienced managers. This helps

programme has gone through major structural changes in the past year to develop better curriculum for
Students. Adding captions such as MBA in talent Management, MBA in banking and finance is not
recommended now, so we have structured a new road map for institutions to follow. The courses will add the
