Agency’s Accomplishments

For calendar year 2017, the agency had materially accomplished its targets insofar as
investigation and supervision of submitted cases are concerned as follows:

However, as to the percentage of investigation reports completed within the prescribed period,
the performance of the Agency did not meet the Target for CY 2017 since the Target set by the Central
Office has immensely increased to 95%.

Of the 1, 300 parolees in CY 2016, 35 violated the conditions for parole/pardon, hence were re-
arrested and returned to confinement. For CY 2017, the percentage of violators of conditions for
parole/pardon decreased by 0.02%, that is, from 0.3% in CY 2016 to 0.01% in CY 2017.
