1 INT. JESSICA'S BEDROOM. NIGHT. 1

JESSICA opens her bedroom door and walks inside, clearly

drained and sad. She looks expressionless and needing an
escape from reality. She slowly closes the door behind her
and sighs. She walks towards a record player and puts a
record on. Then she walks to her bed and reaches underneath
it, pulling out a tin with drugs in it.
BEGIN FLASHBACK

2 INT. LIVING ROOM. NIGHT. 2

JESSICA's father - TONY SMITH - is screaming at her (muffled
dialogue). He is being treating and intimidating, Jessica is
pleading for him to stop.
END FLASHBACK

3 INT. JESSICA'S BEDROOM. NIGHT. 3

She stands up and takes the drugs. (as soon as she does this
the music is more focused on and the visuals become blurry).
She begins to slowly dance around hypnotically, as if she's
in a trance.
BEGIN FLASHBACK

4 INT. JESSICA'S MUM'S MAKE-UP STATION. NIGHT. 4

JESSICA'S mum - STACEY SMITH - is concentrating on her
reflection, making sure she looks good for when she goes out
clubbing. JESSICA is in the background trying to get her to
notice her, but STACEY acts as if she isn't there. JESSICA
is irritated by this and storms out.
END FLASHBACK

5 INT. JESSICA'S BEDROOM. NIGHT. 5

JESSICA is still flowing around her room, scattered around
her room are empty bottles, crushed cans and pill cases.

6 EXT. OUTDOORS IN PUBLIC SOMEWHERE. NIGHT. 6

JESSICA is sat in the cold, dark night with alcohol. She
takes a swig and begins to break down.
END FLASHBACK

7 INT. JESSICA'S BEDROOM. NIGHT. 7

JESSICA falls back onto her bed.
BEGIN FLASHBACK

8 INT. SMALL ROOM. NIGHT. 8

JESSICA is sat on the floor in the corner curled up. She
holds up a hand mirror to her face and looks annoyed. She
screams and throws the hand mirror which smashes on the
ground. It zooms in on the mirror.
END FLASHBACK

9 INT. JESSICA'S BEDROOM. NIGHT. 9

Jessica's eyes are wide open and the camera zooms out to show
her stiff, motionless body, she has overdosed.
