Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

 Co-ordinate with management, construction team, contractors/subcontractors/over job issue.

 Attend coordination meetings with other members of the project team or the client, as required in order to
report or discuss over project status.
 Extensive experience in working of various types of piping material (Metallic and non metallic pipes &
piping components) such as : Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Flanges, Valves, Gasket, Stud Bolt/Nuts of various type
of metal like MS, CS, SS, CI, GI, various Alloys, Copper, HDPE Etc.
 Preparation of material issue slip (MIS) or material Requisition slip (MRS) according to the bill of material
(BOM) and submission to the material control staff for withdrawal.
 Motivate under control personnel to adopt safe practices during fabrication and erecting welding, gas cutting,
grinding, heating, bending Etc.
 Good team leader with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
 Preparation of RFI and submission to the respective QA/QC Department, NDT personnel and assisting them
during performing inspection.
 Extensive experience in Alignment, fit up, Fabrication of Elbow Bend (in various degrees).
 Tees (Straight, Reducing and Lateral) Reducers (Concentric & Eccentric) off- set, Piping supports Etc. as per
site requirement.
 Preparation of individual Time sheet for under control employees.
 Maintain proper housekeeping upon completion of job in fabrication yard and at site work location.

  Preparation and monitoring daily and weekly progress report.
 Planning well and assignment of job individual persons accordingly and supervise and evaluate activities.
 Fabrication of piping, Structural & support from channel, Beam Angle, Plate Tec’s per drawing.
 Ensure and implementation of all safety rule and regulation according to project specification.
 Maintains morale and discipline.
 Makes reports of work completed and in progress.
 Supervisors crew of structure steel fabrication , allied craft workers and helper and apprentics engaged in the
repair and assembly of structure steel members and shap such as roof trusses transportation towers columns
beams transformer racks special truck body and constructions equipment.
