 Approval and discussion of course structure and syllabus of :-
 B.Tech( CSE – 1st,2nd, 3rd and 4th year as per CBCS norms) for upcoming batches
 B.Tech ( CSE- 3rd and 4th year for existing batches )
 2nd year M.Sc. IT syllabus for 1st year
 3rd year B.Sc. IT CBCS course structure and detailed syllabus for 1st year
 3rd year BCA course structure and detailed syllabus for 1st year

Feedback received from stakeholders ()

 The domain Data Analytics was highly appreciated by the members from the industry and
Academia ( Industry Feedback )
 The pedagogy changes need to accommodate theory with industry specific coding practice
in accordance with meeting the Industry expert suggestions ( Faculty Feedback )
 The inclusion of two hour lab for 1 credit usage was fruitful (Student Feedback)
The practice component added is shaping towards fulfilling Industry requirement ( Alumni
Feedback)

Discussion and Resolutions taken ()

 Programming in C should not be the prerequisite for the object oriented programming using
c++
 Linux is a relevant component for Hadoop environment and Big Data processing and content
for Operating System is satisfactory
 Database Management System with Oracle as a course name to be replaced with Database
management System
 Content management System Using JUMLA to be renamed as Content management System
 B.Sc –IT, M.Sc.-IT and BCA course structure was approved without any changes
 SOA to be included in the Web Technology domain
