Reflection
Decision making is the hardest decision to make. Almost everyone had
to make a hard decision, however, we all have to make decision in our
everyday life it could be big or small, good or bad or it could be someone`s
life between life and death. Making a decision is a part in our life, the
decision we make can be good and bad. Some decision can lead us on the
right path and some are not. Making a decision is a risk because sometimes
we thought that our decision is right but others see it wrong, every single
decision that we make can lead to one result or the other. Life is filled with
daily decision and many of them are tied to these things that called
responsibilities. Sometimes lack of responsibilities can lead in a tragic
consequences. Doctors have many duties or responsibilities toward their
patients, they have an obligation to their patient. This mean that the order to
survive the patient is need to have an appropriate diagnosis that the doctor
will make. Like doctors they need to make a difficult decision in order to
patient survive. Doctors are always take the risk in giving the best and the
right decision, they always need a full knowledge about their patient it`s
neither positive nor negative.

In reflection on our activity we need to decide whom to give dialysis in

order to allocate the 30 hours. It is hard to decide to whom we give the 30
hours dialysis because all of the patient need it. We research the alternative
decision like we need to choose lower than 20 years old because according
to our research they have the high possibilities to survive, and also we chose
the one who mostly need the dialysis, because it`s either he or she has liver
transplant that expected, he or she has a responsibilities to his or her family.
We decide like a doctors that need a full knowledge and right diagnosis
according to the situation. The others that we not chose is because that they
can go to other hospital to undergo the dialysis specially the patient K who is
rich and have a capability to pay even in the most expensive hospital. Also,
we not chose the other it is because they already done to their responsibilities
and the others is too old to give the dialysis although they have chance to
live but the probability is too small. This activity made us to learn that every
decision we make is according to the situation because every decision has its
consequences.
