 Founded in 2002 by two Yale trained physicians, Dr. Sunita Maheshwari and her husband Dr. Arjun
Kalyanpur.
 Initially set up to provide night shift radiology solutions US hospital, now also in Singapore, India and
Central Asia
 Currently serves teleradiology reports (interpretation of all non-invasive imaging studies, namely CT,
MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine studies and digitized X-rays) to over 100 hospitals in the US, 11
hospitals in Singapore, The Netherlands, Croatia, Puerto Rico, Denmark, recently entering into an
agreement with Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital in the Maldives
 Accredited by the US Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Also
first organization outside Singapore to be accredited by the Ministry of Health, Singapore.
 Provide subspecialty consultations in cardiovascular and oncologic imaging to hospitals in India as
well, and has joint research partnerships with major technology vendors such as GE, to explore new
techniques in 3D imaging analysis.
 In 2008, she launched ‘Rad Gurukul’, the first ever teleradiology training center in India. Located in
Whitefield, Bangalore will be dedicated towards training and refining the skills of radiologists,
technologists and IT personnel involved in health care IT.
 Early this year, India’s leading biotechnology company Biocon, has entered into an agreement with
Teleradiology Solutions to provide teleradiology reporting services to Clinigene, Biocon’s clinical
research arm, ensuring timely execution and quality evaluation for clinical trials in radiology.

Type of Services
- Onsite / Offsite Services: - Onsite / Offside staffing solutions for hospitals and medical centers.
Training to the hospital technologists supplemented with off-site teleradiology coverage.
- Remote Teleradiology: - Services for remote radiology reads to government/private hospitals or
medical centers by assisting in setting up infrastructure to receive diagnostic imagesanywhere in
India, particularly in remote and far flung. Worked for the hospitals in locations such as Hassan,
Raichur, Bijapur, Nasik and Cochin.
- 3D lab: - Provide post processing software applications and analysis tools and have state of the art
workstations. (CT Angiograms, Post Processing (Reconstruction), MR Angiograms, Special
procedures etc.)
- Clinical Trials Radiology: -Serve pharmaceutical vendors, clinical research organizations, and
biotechnology organizations by shortening their development cycles by using TRS Clinical Trials
Radiology Reporting service.
