Executive Summary

The Priya Events is an event management company in Indore. As Priya Events Work in many

sectors as Social events, corporate events, School contact Programs, Exhibitions, Live

Concerts, Family Functions, BTL& Promotions events.

Our Missionis to ensure these events generate a positive impact and motivate our client’s

audience. We do this by thinking strategically and imaginatively about how to best meet our

client’s business objectives.

We manage events gratifying the diverse needs for corporate as well as for individual client’s

arranging from launching a product to celebrating an anniversary to announcing awards or

conducting awareness campaigns. We offer client’s imaginative ideas which will craft their

events to stand a part. Our original ideas blossom into reality with the superb production.

This report is based on the customer satisfaction towards event management that what they

are thinking about the event done the research about the event management and to know

about the opinion about the customers what they like in the event like the service or not.

Customer satisfaction is the major factor in the study of customer satisfaction.

This project report is based on the survey entitled “A comparative study customer

satisfactiontowards event Management Company”. In the market there is a 40% boom of

work in the event management. Nowadays youngsters are choosing their field in the event

management.

Event Managements is the Industry where we get the chance to meet the celebrities.Event

Management is the process of Planning Directing and control .In the Events we have to take

lots of risk like in the rainy season we are organizing our event so we have to suffer lots of

problem.It is the big industry where we get the opportunity to show our talent and we have to

be dedicated towards our work.First we have to organize the plan where we have to organize

our event and which place and how much fund we have to invest in this event. We have to

organize our workers or in event language we can say that vendors for which they are doing

the work in the event.it are industry which is full of enjoyment and the focused on the

particular work. It is the industry focused on the work and to be dedicated towards on our

work.

In Event management we require the following things- Venue, food, sound and lights,

Decoration, site place and event promotion team HR planning team and the perfect team who

can manage perfectly the team we need good sound system in the corporate events and the

good artists who can do good event walkie-talkie need to do conversation between the

employees for their long distance so that they can do their conversation properly.

Elements of Events are as follows which is considered as following are:

 HR team with coordination

 Setup should be in a Proper Manner

 Planning should be perfect in a proper manner

 It is organized in a wide area where people can enjoy their functions or any

program.

 Sound system should be perfect while organizing the events.

 While organizing the event all facility should be available in that area like

“ambulance,police,washrooms” for both girls and boys separately

supporting our partners and sponsorship strategies with the innovative

operations,promotions,advertisement, and consumer behavior and support the media.

An event is special to enjoyment we all get the chance to meet the Big celebrities and we are

doing the plan of the special occasions in our own innovation way to make it in an energetic

way the audience will attract towards the audience. The corner stone of our company is the

hard study of the events objective and the requirements so we can complete their requirement

according to their desire.

These events are organized to fulfill their targets for the next year and those who have

completed their targets they are achieving the bonus and prize given by their company.

I have organized the Finance Company Event that is Deewan Housing Finance Limited in

this event they have discussed their targets and what target has to complete in the next

year.This Event is preparedwith the full setup console, sound system, stage, and learned

various types of sound system.

Our Company is also organizing the sports event like match launching the car.

In these events we have to manage the crowd and the public the main focus on this event to

manage the public around the area and these events are running for a long period of time. In

these events we have to manage the carefully and to prepare the full setup and the domes of

the area these events are managed in the big area. In this event we have to coordinate our

team and to work with them in a proper manner and there we have to manage the Media and

to manage the food stall for the public so the public will not have to suffer the problems.

January.

Exhibition

An Exhibition is Stall for the books and the food various books are there in the stall of

various authors people are interested in the books and the people are interested to buying the

books. In other words we can say that exhibition in the form of collection of various things

like the collections of old paintings, books ,collection of music system and those are

interested to buying it they can buy it from those exhibition in the exhibition we have to

manage the crowd. If there is a stall of book so we can organize the stall of the food also so

they can eat there only whatever they want to eat like in this age people are like to eat various

items.

School Contact Program

Our company is also organizing the school contact program in various schools it is organizing

their events some of the school contact program events are:

 Savlon Activity- Customer Social Responsibility Activity

Our company has targeted 3500 schools and this activity is from 1 to 8th class students.

This Activity is held in various cities of Madhya Pradesh in Indore,Bhopal, Ujjain, Gwalior

and Jabalpur. Our team is doing this activity in various Schools. We have our own in

different cities and own vendor and they are going in various schools to organizing these

activity and engaging with the students and teaching the tips how to be aware from all these

unhygienicand to keep your hand neat and clean and to be remain in a proper way.

 Eicher Activity-Customer Social Responsibility

Eicher is Transportation Company they are promoting their Bus in various Schools by doing

these activity in various schools there is a Quiz competition from 1to10 standard. Students

and we are taking each 10 students from every class if they win the prize and these students

who won the prize and they will go to the national level and if they won the prize in the

national level so they will get the chance to go to the NASA. In this Activity our company is

targeted 170 Schools of A+ Schools.

Tata Building India- Customer Social Responsibility

Tata Building India is one of the India’s largest essays writing competition in various 13

languages. This step is taken forward by the TATA team to motivate to the youngsters to

write about our nation. This competition is started in 2006 with the 6 languages and the 1

lakh students participate in this competition across the India in English language. In 2007 the

competition started in Hindi and Bengali and in 2009 another three more languages is added

Guajarati Marathi and Oriya. In 2010 they reached up to two million students across the India

in 8 languages.

Live Concerts

Our Company is also organizing the live concerts project of the music concert in this event

we have to manage the crowd of the people and to take them their cards and while they are in

the area of concert we have to do full checking and to take care of musician full sound system

is working or not and to manage the events in a proper way specially the crowd and to

manage the security guard because in this event there is so much rush and these events are

taken place in the big area like I have organize this event in the “Lalbhaag ganga garden” in

Even the Arijit Singh is there to play the music and all the people are enjoying these types of

Concerts may be in the form of Night Club Party. Concerts may be take place into the big

hall.

Fashion Show

Our Company is also Organizing the Fashion Show it is an event where the models take their

self and they are representing their self in the fashion show while showing their culture their

traditions, their values and what they know about it and they answering the questions clearly

while they are performing their selves and they have to represent their body their body

language should be perfect in this event we have to manage the things sound system and the

console body of the sound Fashion Show is the Talent where all good looking boys and girls

are showing their talent and showing their body language. Recently our Company has

organized Redfm93.5 Radio Mir chiFashion Show in which all students have shown their

talent and they represent they own by showing their traditional clothes both boys and girls.

Family Functions

Our Company is also organizing the family functions like wedding ceremony, ring ceremony,

Birthday Celebration we are all part of this family function and organizing them in a proper

manner our team is doing the planning of the event and how to do design the event and

managing the event in a proper way so the customers not to face the trouble for any problem

like electricity facility should be in a proper way Get together functions and we like to

interact the people in these events people are enjoying and they the get the chance to meet

with their relatives family .

Promotional Events

Our company is also organizing promotional events which are taken place in Indore at

Machala. Promotional Events are those events like plantation event which is organized by

Times of India is our client they give this program to our company which is started in 2015.

This event is running continuously from 2015 they have started their plantation drive from

Delhi in 2015 now they are targeting many cities like in this year they have done their drive

in Ahmedabad in this year in Indore they have targeted 70000 trees and they fulfill their

target.In this event we have to manage the VIP area and to give the work to our volunteers

and to maintain the crowd. We provide all the facilities to the public food, Ambulance,

Police, Security.

Government Events of Our Company

Our Company is also organizing the government events our company in this industry since 20

years we feel happy to express our company in the government programs. We would like to

help to the government to organize the functions and to achieve their objective of their

program. In these events there are conferences, attending the government meetings. We have

to manage the crowd and to see the things which we have arranged it is working or not proper

in a proper way.

Our company is also organising the program of the sabha like the shivraj singh chouhan is

giving their speech to the people in the big area. In these event we have to mange the crowd

and to make them seat avalaible to the audience and to manage the manpower and to arrange

them in a proper manner and to manage the sound and light of the event and to take care of

them doms. These event are arranged in a big space in these events we need a lot of space

according to the crowd how much can come.

Press Confrences

Our company is also organising the press conference event like the confernce between the

two parties Bhartiya Janta Party and the Congress . we have to manage all the setup

fabrication stage. And in these event leader has to be called from the both parties BJP and

Congress like MLA and Vidhyak from the same city . This event is organised in Bhopal in

July 2018 and we have done the event of our client name is ZEE MP.

Health and Hygiene Awarness Programme

Our company is also organising the Health Awarness programme evnets in which people are

learning about how to improve their health in this event people are enjoying there will be a

running,cycle race. This event is for both youngesters and senior citizen they both can

participate in this event.

Marathon is an event which is organised by our company for the youngesters and the senior

citizen in which they are running for the long distance running 21 km,10 km,11 km and

shorter distance that is 5 km. In these event the sports trainner is coming from outside to

trained the people there will be a prize distribution for the people.

Narrow-Cyclothorne

Narroe cyclothorne is an event which is organised by our company for the youngsters,middle

age people,kids and the senior citizen. In these event cycle is provide to the people by the

company in these event people are like to do cycle racing for the long distance route. There

will be given equal opportunity to all the people and the prize distribution according to the

categories of the people like army people category is different,general category,women

category and the kids category.

Lifebouy- Hygiene Health Awarness

Lifebouy event is also organised by our company in this event there is railly for the all types

of people youngsters,kids,middle age people and specially for the senior citizen people in

thsese event there diabetes patients are coming how to reduce their diabeties there will be

given the advice to the senior citizens and at last of the event everyone will get the one health

kit by the lifebouy company.

Ranathorn

Ranathorne is an event which is organised by our company this event specially held in the

months of the rainy season between june to july these event is specially organised for all

those people who are going for jocking,running in a daily routine so they have to go daily

they didn’t need to stop ttheir daily routine because of rainy season or any winter season they

have to go on their daily basis for jocking and running.

upon the work done by the company hence this decide the action between customer

The main objective of this study is to find the customer satisfaction and how to improve the

market activities and how to perform the promotion activities in the event management.

Primary Data

Primary data is the data which is collected for the first time and it is collected as a new fresh

data from the market. This data is concerned with the discussion with the clients of the event

management.

Secondary Data

Secondary data is the data which is previously collected and it is being processed in the

market once more and then we are doing research on this data.

We can collect the information of the secondary data from the newspaper, Event Books, from

the market through advertisement which is published on the newspaper.

It includes following points:

 Find out the feedback of the customers.

 Analyze your event

 Determine the market condition for launching the new product and to increase the

clients of the company.

 Identify how other companies promoting their brands in the market.

 Prepare the budget of the event and study the size of the events.

 80% respondents satisfied with the service of the event.

 Minimum respondent didn’t satisfy with the food of the event.

 65% respondent like the transport service of the company.

 Maximum respondent said that there is a physical activity in the event.

 63% respondent said that they satisfied the work of the volunteers.

 Maximum respondents enjoy the event

 60% respondents said that the event was excellent and 40% respondent said that the event

was poor.

 44% respondents said that they like to arrange the events by the priya event and 56%

respondents said that they don’t want to arrange the arrange the events.

Conclusion

During the survey of the report found that 25 respondents depend upon the event

management company for the purpose of the decoration and arrangements. The coordination

among the employees is not good.

22 respondents out of 50 have suggested that they are not satisfied with work of the

volunteers and the staff of the company. Company need to improve their manpower and the

basic pay skills so they can hire better vendors for the next event.

Priya event need to improve their services of the company for the better respondents of the

customers and company need to improve their basic skills .

There are many types of event that we can attend like sports event, live concerts, corporate

event,. Government is also helping in this industry to improve their growth, they are reducing

their taxes and they are with them in a favourable condition.

Suggestions or Recommendations

 Only few people know about the event management company .

 Most of the respondents are not satisfied with the service of the company they have to

improve their service.

 Company need to improve their manpower.

 Some of the people didn’t enjoy the event because of the facilities.

 Company need to hire good and smart volunteers for the next event.

 During survey of the report I have found that many of the respondents don’t know

about the event management company.

 Most of the respondents didn’t like the service of the company.
