About the Workshop
Aspen Hysis (Advanced System for Process Engineering) is based on techniques for solving flow sheets
that were employed by process engineers many years ago. It is widely used process simulator in various
chemical, petrochemical, petroleum refining, polymer and coal based plants.

Programming software can be used for solve model structures of chemical process with a small number of
equations. However, as the complexity of the model structure increases by the addition of several
processes, solving large set of equations becomes challenge. ASPEN Hysis comes handy while dealing with
these situations.

 Date of conducting the workshop can be finalized by telephonic conversation with
Coordinator/ Convener or Secretary, according to the College feasibility and slots available in
our calendar.
 The entire workshop will be conducted at college campus.
 Each student participating in the workshop will get a certificate of merit.

Workshop Requirements
 Seminar hall/classroom having a capacity enough to conduct hands-on-session for all
participants.
 Good Quality public address system ideally two cordless mikes will be required.
 Projector/ Screen along with black/white board for teaching and presentation purposes.
 One small stereo jack cord to connect in laptop for its sound system.
 Computer Lab or Participant need to bring a laptop per team.
 The workshop center can only be arranged for a minimum of 60 students

 Accommodation to our visiting team members in your college guest house or any other good
place.
 Pick and drop facility from nearest railway station/ bus-stand/ or airport.

Financial Information
To coordinate with Innovians Technologies visiting delegation for this purpose as the workshop will be

delivered by them itself on behalf of Technex’20 IIT (BHU) Varanasi itself. It will be the responsibility of
Innovians Technologies to provide host with proper invoice either online or offline but payment needs to
be delivered on the first day of workshop itself otherwise no deliverables will be issued.

Innovians Technologies is authorized to collect payment from workshop and zonal center and is an official
outreach event and workshop partner of Technex’20 IIT (BHU), Varanasi.

Eligibility
The pre-requisite for joining this workshop is zero. Anyone who is interested can register for this
workshop.

Fees
 The charge of this workshop for a participant isRs 1000 only (Minimum of 60 Students).
 This fee include workshop training, study material, certification, and other human resources
charges.
