* Desks open 3 hrs prior to departure for short/medium haul flights & 4hrs prior to departure for long
haul flights

* Check in will close strictly 1 hr prior to departure so allow plenty of time

* Your hand baggage allowance is Economy 6kg/ Economy Plus 10kg/Premium 10kg (dimensions 55 x
40 x 20cm)

* Sundown Check-in service opens the night before departure from 1600-2200, for flights up to 1200
the next day (excluded USA).

* If you have booked additional services with Thomas Cook Airlines, please ensure you do so with any
connecting Airlines

ONLINE check-in: you may use our online check-in from 24 to 2 hours before scheduled departure.
Please use the baggage drop-of desks at the airport for your hold baggage and then hand in your
luggage until late. 60 minutes before departure at the so-called baggage drop- off at the airport. Online
check-in is not available for GROUPS.

will be asked for title/gender, first name, surname, date of birth and Redress Number (if available) to

Additional baggage (USA customers only)

If you need to upgrade your baggage allowance we have a range of options for you to choose from.
You can find this information on our website, which includes a second 23kg bag option that can be
added to your booking purchased for £55 (64,99 Eu, $70,00) or £50.00 (59,99 Eu, $65,00) if booked up
to 29 days prior to departure. Airport surcharges will apply if this bag exceeds 158 cm and/or the stated
weight allowance.*

*Added together, the external dimensions of each baggage item must not exceed 158cm (length +
width + height) and weigh less than your booked allowance. Airport surcharges: 2nd piece up to 23kg -
£65 (75 Euro's, $80). Bag exceeds weight limit - £85 (100 Eu, $110). Bag exceeds dimensions (>158
cm) - £165 (200 Eu, $215).
