The old VPN will be no more available, so please check if you have the last new Jesa VPN

and try if
you will be connected or not (Link to video user guide)

There are two ways to connect the New Jesa VPN :

I- Web connection : https://vpn.jacobs-esa.com

II- Windows Icon : Big-IP Edge Icon

1- Disconnect the Ethernet cable first

2- Connect to Guest Wi-Fi or through your phone or other public wifi connection
3- Click on “Client BIG-IP EDGE” icon then click on “Connect”

4- Type your username and your windows password then press “Logon”

5- You will receive a text message on your Jesa phone with your OTP ( One-Time Password)
6- Collecting and checking information

7- After initializing your will connected to the new Jesa VPN
