It was started with the arrival of Mr.

William Bingley, a handsome young man from a

wealthy family to the residence area of Elizabeth.
Elizabeth along with her four sisters were invited to a party that held to welcome
him. Because Mr. Bennett did not have boys, and the British tradition was only bequeathed
the wealth to the successor man, so if Mr. Bennet died someday, who would inherit the entire
of the wealth is Mr. William Collins, a nephew of his father that they did not know. Because
he worried about the fate of his daughters after the death of his later, Mr. Bennet and his wife
tried to ask their children got married with the person who was deemed wealthy.
The arrival of Mr. Bingley to the village, gave hope to their family, Mrs. Bennet
hoped Mr. Bingley will be interested in one of their children, especially Jane, Jane is the
oldest daughter and the most beautiful of them. When the party came, all present seemed
happy. It turned out that Mr. Bingley did not come alone, but he came with his sister Lady
Caroline and his friend, Mr. Darcy. At rest, Mrs. Bennet urged her husband to introduce their
daughters to Mr. Bingley. As expected, Mr. Bingley asked Jane to dance with him. Elizabeth
asked “Is Mr. Darcy wanted to dance with her?”, but she was refused. Elizabeth left Mr.
Darcy and joined with Charlotte. Elizabeth said that Mr. Darcy is a handsome young man
who rich and arrogant.
Mr. Collins came and intended to seek a wife. At the first sight, he liked Jane. But
because Jane had been with Mr. Bingley he turned his attention to Elizabeth. He intended to
marry Elizabeth. Her mother was glad to hear that, but not with Elizabeth. She did not like
Mr. Collins. Elizabeth refused him. It made her mother was hysterical and forced her husband
to persuade Elizabeth. But Mr. Bennett defended her daughter. Elizabeth was invited again to
the Mr. Bingley’s party. Before the party, they acquainted with Mr. Wickham, a dashing
young soldier and handsome, who ever lived in Mr. Darcy’s home. Mr. Collins also came
there and continued to pursue Elizabeth, Elizabeth tried to avoid him. Mr. Darcy asked
Elizabeth to dance with him. They were dancing while talking, They felt only them who were
there. But, finally Elizabeth left him with angry.
A week later, Jane got dinner invitation from Mr. Bingley’s sister, Lady Caroline.
When Jane arrived there, Jane felt ill because of the bad weather and could not go home.
Because of fearing for her sister, Elizabeth desperated to catch up her. There, she met Lady
Caroline and Mr. Darcy. When they would go home the next day, when Elizabeth was about
to get on the horse train, without conscious Mr. Darcy took Elizabeth’s hand to help her get
on the train. The incident gave the depth impression for them. It was bad for Jane, a few days
later suddenly Mr. Bingley broke up her. Although sad, Jane tried to remain steadfast.
 Then, Elizabeth visited the Charlotte house who got married with Collins Reverend.
There Elizabeth was introduced to Lady Catherine who is Mr. Darcy's aunt. Mr. Darcy
unexpectedly was there. The next day Mr. Darcy came to the Reverend Collins’s home,
Elizabeth was alone there because of Charlotte and the Reverend William was away. Mr.
Darcy seemed embarrassed, and then hurried off again.
When in church, Elizabeth got a shock news from the Mr. Darcy’s guards, Elizabeth
was told that the breakup had a big role Mr. Bingley and Jane is Darcy. Elizabeth was
furious. Her fury closed her love to Mr. Darcy. When Mr. Darcy said his love to Elizabeth,
Elizabeth refused flatly . She was angry and asked for an explanation for Mr. Darcy's attitude
toward her sister Jane, and also questioned his attitude hostile to Mr. Wickham. The night
day, when Elizabeth was daydreaming in her room, Mr. Darcy came and put the letter on her
table room. Elizabeth turned, but she only saw Mr. Darcy went with his horse. Elizabeth took
the letter and read it. The letter contained an explanation of his attitude about Jane, Bingley
and Mr. Wickham. When he came back from Charlotte’s home, Elizabeth visited to her aunt's
house in the city. From there they went to visit to Pemberley, Mr. Darcy's house that was
opened to the public. Mr. Darcy was rare at home, Elizabeth it's Elizabeth accepted an
invitation to visit there. Mr. Darcy was there, they met with clunky. Elizabeth was hurried
back to the lodge. In the evening Mr. Darcy came to the place of Elizabeth stayed and invited
them to dinner at his home tomorrow. When came back to the lodge, Elizabeth got a letter
from jane who gave her news that Lidya ran away with Mr. Wickham. Mr. Darcy offered to
look for her. Elizabeth came home with a chaos feeling. A letter from her uncle came,
preached that Lidya had been found and married. When Lidya came home with her husband,
Mr. Wickham, when was eating, Lidya deliverance talked that Mr. Darcylah who helped to
marry them. Elizabeth was shock.
One days Mr. Bingley was accompanied by Mr. Darcy came to the Elizabeth’s house
to engage Jane. It had been warmly welcomed their family. But when the middle of the night,
they had guests, Lady Catherine. She wanted to talk with Elizabeth and asked her to leave
Mr. Darcy, because he was an arranged marriage with her daughter. Elizabeth confused, she
felt did not have relationship with Darcy. But because she was insulted by Lady Catherine,
made Elizabeth angry and promised to not have relation with Darcy. Elizabeth did not sleep
all night, she kept dreaming all night. When Subuh came, Elizabeth went out for a walk to
calm her thoughts. She saw Mr. Darcy from far and walked over her. Mr. Darcy explained
all, and promised not to interfere Elizabeth again if she did not love him.
 Because Elizabeth already knew who was the real Mr. Darcy and love her, Elizabeth
