income online through eBay.

Thanks to eBay, I’ve been able to make some extra cash when
I need and have a comfortable living.

I’ve thought over two months whether I should release this


method to the public or not and let me tell you it was a tough
choice.

You are about to learn the exact same method I’ve used over
the last few years to rake more than $197 per day spending no
more than 25 minutes per day.

Go to http://www.ebay.com

If you already have an ebay account, sign up and proceed to


STEP 2 of this guide.

If you don’tt have an ebay account, register and get one.

After registering, sign up to your new ebay account and


proceed to STEP 2 of this guide.

Now, select “CATEGORIES


CATEGORIES” from the menu bar and then
select Real Estate.
Under “Residential”, select any State you want to start with.
After you select a State you will see the results of your
search. Proceed to STEP 3 of this guide.

This is where the game begins.

If you followed every step correctly, you should see


something like this:
Now, every listing here represents someone that has a house
and wants to sell it.

In fact, they paid for the listing so you know that they are
serious about it

Take a look:
These are the fees they have to pay to list their houses there.

When someone pays this amount of money for a listing, they


have proven that they are open to invest some money if that
helps to sell the house.

And here comes the best part...

Most of them have NO IDEA on how to make their listing


work!

Most of them have never sold a house before.

In fact, most of them have no background on Sales,


Marketing, Copywriting or anything like that!

These people are desperate for help so you are going to make
their day and get nicely paid for your effort.

Sort the listings by “Time
Time Left”:
Left

You want the listings that are about to end in a few hours at
the top of the results.

These are paid listings that have been running for a month or
more in most cases and brought no results so these people will be
highly motivated by what you will offer them.

STEP 5

You will see 3 kinds of listings:

•The listings with Bids


•The listings with 0 Bids
•The Classi

Forget about the listings that have bids for now because those
listings are already working, they don’t need your help.

You will go after the listings with 0 bids go after the classi

Starting from the top of your results click on the various


listings and see how they look.

You will rarely


0 bids because this is why most of them will get bids in the
People buy for emotional reasons and make decisions based
on the information provided.

In most cases, the listings that have not received any bids will
lack information and are written in a self-serving
self serving way, not with the
buyer in mind.
This ad may be informative, but it’s not written with the buyer
in mind.

If you want someone to act on your listing, your words will


have to ‘seduce’ the reader in a way that he feels a need to act.

You can’t just ‘copy-paste’ some information on the ad or


write a giant boring-to-read block of text and think you will get
away with it.

Everyone that has been in direct mail marketing knows the


importance of a good sales letter and what a diference a
good copywriter can make in the results a sales letter gets.

Locate the listings that have 0 bids and are written in a


self-serving way and proceed to the STEP 6 of this guide.

Now that you’ve located the listings that are about to end,
have 0 bids and are written in a self-serving way, you will
contact the people that are responsible for them.

One of the easiest ways for you to approach these people is to


simply send them an email

Your goal on the away, but instead, to introduce yourself to


them and open the path to communication.

Some of them will throw their E-mail address on their listing.

If you can ’ t find Email-Id in the Listing Use “Contact


Member” feature.

To use this feature, click on any listing and then click over
the name of the lister:

Make sure they provide their phone number on the listing
before you send them the E-mail, almost all of them do.
Now, all you have to do is wait for an answer.

Can you see what you’ve done so far? You have identified paid
listings that have been running for months, brought no results
and now you are offering yourself to tell these people how they
can improve their ad response!

Who in their sane mind is going to say no that? You just made
their day!

As soon as they let you know they are interested in hearing


more from you, you should call them.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I’ve noticed that many people are


not comfortable talking of the phone. In this Book you will find a
Script to do the communication via email exclusively, along
with the book.

I’ve found that people are generally more receptive after


5 P.M. because most of them still have day jobs that they
work. Now, get them on the phone.
Your conversation goes something like this:

[Ring...Ring...]
Mr.Xyz: Hello?
You: Hello is this Xyz?
XYZ: Yes.
You: Hello XYZ, my name is [you name] and i’m the real estate
copywriter that emailed you yesterday.
Do you remember me?

Mr.XYZ: Yes.

You: Perfect. As i said in the email I’ve sent you, I have a


couple of ideas we can implement to improve your ad
response.

Mr.XYZ: Ok. Tell me more about it.

You: I write real estate copy with the buyer in mind if you want
people to act on your ads, your copy has to grab their attention
in seconds, because on eBay other properties are just a click
away, also your copy has to seduce the reader in a way that he
feels that your property is right for them, this is what triggers
them to take their phones of the hook and call you.
You: Would you be Interested if I could do this for you?

Mr.XYZ: Of course, This sounds great!

You: Great! I charge $900 for my work. $197 down and the
remainder due and payable ONLY if your property id sold in 30
days or less.

Mr.XYZ: So, all I have to pay now is $197?

You: That’s right.

Mr.XYZ: And i only have to pay the remainder if my house is


sold in 30 days or less?

You: Correct!

Mr.XYZ: I think I’m up for it, When can we start?


You: I’ll be glad to fit you in my schedule for tomorrow. Just
send $197 to my PayPal Address: XXXXXXX and I’ll give you a
call tomorrow when i have your copy ready to roll.

Mr.XYZ: Ok. Thank you.

You: Not a problem.

Now, all you have to do is wait until you receive that sweet ‘
You’ve Got Money!’ E-mail from PayPal which should arrive in
about 5-10 minutes, then log into your PayPal account and
contemplate the $297 you’ve just received!

Ok, now you that you have the money in your Paypal account,
it’s time get the copy done.

This is really easy!

You can either do it yourself or you can outsource the work.

If you choose to do it yourself and save the outsourcing costs,


all you have to do is to take a look at the listing that are working
really well and have lots of bids.

Then, adapt their copy to your client to create a similar copy


but with slightly different words.

This is perfectly legal and ethical.

You want to take the main ideas and express them using your
own words.

Also, you can check real estate websites like:

Most of their listings have excellent copy you can use to


take some ideas and write your own.

writer to do the copy for you.

Don’t try to get cheapest copywriter you can get.

You should focus on getting quality copy so make sure you

on time.

Call your client and tell them their copy is ready for delivery.

Mr.Xyz: Yes.

You: Hello XYZ! This is [Your name here]. How are you?

You: Just great! Xyz! I’m calling to tell you your copy is ready
for delivery as promised. Should i send it to your e-mail?

Mr.Xyz: Yes Please.

You: OK, Check Your Email in 5 minutes.


Mr.Xyz: Ok thank you Very Much.

You: No Problem.

Make sure you have your client’s e-mail, if you don’t, ask
them for their e-mail on this call.

Send your client the copy as a Microsoft Word .DOC

I prefer to send it as a Microsoft Word .DOC file and Acrobat


Reader .PDF

I send them both.

I also send a personal ‘Thank You’ note along with the Acrobat
Reader .PDF, thanking the client for giving me the opportunity to
work with them, signed by me.

I recommend you do the same; your client will appreciate it.
