TAXI ROUTES
1.1 Standard outbound taxiing routes will be used under most circumstances. A standard outbound taxiing
route identifier consists of taxiing route identification based on:
Terminal Identification Main Satelite Cargo
Apron Identification North South East West
Departure Runway 32R 32L 14R 14L
1.2 Standardised route identifiers and associated routes are provided in the Tables attached to the
Aerodrome Ground Movement Chart. Examples of the phraseology used is as follows:
"c/s, taxi to holding point ..... Runway ..... via route Charlie Echo, 32Right"
"c/s, taxi to holding point ..... Runway ..... via route Sierra Whisky, 14Right"
1.3 Arriving aircraft, after landing and clearing the runway, will normally be transferred to Surface Movement
Control (SMC), who will specify the taxi route to be taken and the aircraft stand allocation.
1.4 Standardised route identifiers and associated routes are provided in the Tables attached to the
Aerodromes Ground Movement Chart. Examples of the phraseology used is as follows:
