Greetings of Peace and Love!

I am a Filipino teacher in Casabula National High School, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan for five (5) years
now and currently handling senior high school students. However, being a teacher and the head of my
family is not an easy thing to do, especially when you need to do it away from your family.

It is for this reason that I am humbly asking your good heart to please consider my application to transfer
and be a part of the prestigious division of Region 2 – Division of the City of Ilagan. Below are the
reasons why I am applying for the transfer, to wit;

1. That I am married with three (3) kids who are currently residing at Alinguigan 1st, City of Ilagan
who really need my presence for security reasons;
2. That in my five (5) years of service in the DepEd I only go home once a month and for some
other occasions;
3. That I can spend more time with my family especially since I have young children who need
more care and attention;
4. That the separation from my family due to the distance of my workplace for all these years has
brought a lot of problems especially on financial matters;
5. That I will be more productive and effective teacher if my work station is near my residence.
