 Consultancy Services for Certification of ISO 3834-2/3 of your Welding shop.

 Assist in registering with TUV Nord.

 Assistance during the Initial visit of one day to define the audit program by TUV
Nord.

 Assistance during the surveillance audit of TUV Nord for next two years.

 Initial and periodic audits will include at least the check of the following items

i. Capability of the manufacturer to fulfil the requirements.

ii.Review of process for design, Production and inspection of welding.

iii.Qualification of welding procedures specifications.

iv.Qualification of welding personnel ( Welders/Operators and welding

inspectors).
 v. Qualification of welding staff.

vi. Material used in Facilities.

vii. Calibration of measuring instruments viii. Sub-Contracting, if any

 Inspection Visits include at least the following checks.

i. List of materials welded( with details of quantities) .

ii. List of Welding personnel .

iii. List of welding procedure specification.

iv. Witness to at least one welding operation.

 Facilitate and coordinate with TUV Nord.

 Client-
 Study of existing Quality System and suggest improvements.

 Preparation of Quality manual.

 Preparation of Flow chart for process and Organization charts.

 Preparation and qualification of welding procedure.

 Implementation of Quality Systems and procedures.

 Preparation of documentation for quality plans, stage & final inspection documents.

 Providing inspection services on manmonth basis for implementing quality system.

 Preparation of NDT Procedures & approved by authorized ASNT Level III and ensuring
implementation.
