I am a 42 year old man, suffering from diabetes for the past 3 years. I am taking some anti-diabetic
medicines and also following diet instructions. If I start acupressure therapy, do I need to discontinue the
medicines? When should I get my blood sugar test done, once I start acupressure therapy? Please let me
know.

I am a 52 year old female. Luckily, I am not suffering from any chronic disorders like diabetes or blood
pressure. Please tell me if I can use acupressure techniques for the prevention of these illnesses so that I
can continue enjoying my good health.

I was a diabetic for 20 years and the sugar level had gone high up to 534 mg.I used to take a lot of
medicines, but the side effects was a concern.Soon I had B.P, neuropathy, retinopathy, cholestrol, severe
numbness of the whole body.
For the past 15 years I am a strict vegetarian, gave up all oily and fried food items.I learned accupressure
and acupuncture. Now I am a licensed acupuncture practioner and have bid good bye to Diabetes. It is
always in the range of 90-95.
Thanks to the 60 command points of acupressure and the wonderful healing it gave me. My retinopathy
has gone. My Neuropathy just disappeared one day, no B.P, no cholestrol. I thank the heavenly father, all
my masters and my dear husband and relatives who helped me master this therapy.
