Subject: Permission to conduct Sports Day in the month of January, 2020.

Respected Sir,

We, the Sports Club, are taking an initiative to conduct a Sports Day in the month of January,
2020. We aim to organize multiple activities that can be arranged in the college premises and
assist students in enhancing their team building skills and developing a better linkage
between them. Also, conducting a Sports Day in January will work as an adequate stress
buster after the December externals for the students. The rough estimated budget for the
event is ₹70,000/-.

We request you to kindly approve the event and the budget so that we can initiate the foundational
preparations of the event.
