Existing Site condition

The proposed site for new entrance statement /signage at Kota Mahsuri, Langkawi. It is
a flat area and located at Jalan Makam Mahsuri approximately 100m from Lebuh Raya
Kuah. The proposed site area is roughly 8m x 5m. The area can be accessed through
the main road by bitumen road of Jalan Makam Mahsuri. The site is formely a
developed area.

The type of soil is laterite and old water pipeline with 300mm diameter size and
approximately 120.00 meter also run across the site. The area is only covered with
Axonopus Compresus and no trees were determined. The site has been located for the
existing entrance statement.

Proposed New Work

The whole site will be maintained with the existing level of topography. All marked trees
are to be transplant and removed from the site. The area shall be resurvey
