Start the class reviewing vocabulary related to Sport Then continue with the activities from the
WB page 23:
Ex. 1 page 23 where students have to read the text and complete the gaps A-E with sentences 1-5
and Ex. 2 completing the gaps 1-6 with the verbs from the box.
Ex. 4 choosing the word that does not collocate with the words in bold in each group.
Ex. 5 completing the sentences with the correct form of the verbs.
Ex. 6 choosing the correct options.
Page 24 & 25:
Ex. 1 read the article and choose the right sentence that fits each gap.
Ex. 2 find and underline the answers in the article.
Ex. 4 Read the interview and choose the correct options.
(other exercises can be given as individual homework to advanced students.)
