CPI cost index

The costs in exercise assignment 7 uses data from 1998 or 2004. The cost in 2009 can be
calculated using the Chemical engineering cost index (CPI).

An estimate of the CPI cost index in 2010 can be made by extrapolation of recent data.
The graph below shows a linear estimate based on data for the last four years.
