My favorite food

I’m not a foodie, I prefer simple food, cooked at home. It remind me of childhood and moments spent with my mom in the
kitchen, waiting to finish soup with home-made noodles.it was my favorite and it is so even today, when I also prepare it for my daughters.
When I had a flu in my childhood, my mother always cooked a soup. She said it is better than any medicine. I prefer that made from
poultry meat but I also use beaf.

When I prepare noodles, the girls help me and I am amused how they strive to cut them thinner. I never thought that preparing food
could make so enjoyable moments and unique memories to my daughters. I always tell them that the secret ingredient for a tasty meal is
love.

I don’t eat many kinds of food. I don’t like seafood at all, I don’t like sheep’s meat and I’m eating pork quite rarely. I usually eat
chicken but I encourage girls to taste any kind of food before they say they don’t like it. I’ve used them to eat lots of fruits and vegetables
and I try to teach my family about healthy foods and explain to the girls that it’s very important for their development to feed on what the
body needs to grow up beautiful and healthy.

I’m not a fast-food supporter, but from time to time we go together to such a restaurant and let them choose what they like to eat.
They enjoy shaorma! I think there must be a measure in all, without excess, and the children can learn from us by the power of the
example.

I always tell my daughters about their grandmother and about her wonderful foods and cakes. The girls said they will also learn to
cook a good soup for their children and have already declared it their family tradition.

Finally, it is not just about food, it’s about time spent together and about special links between generations.
