Introduction 1) There is a community workout in our


neighbourhood
every Saturday
from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
2) One of the activities is swimming.

to join me in this activity.

other too.
 Spirit of neighbourliness today
is indeed fast fading
 People are too occupied with their own
lives
that
they often come home late
and rarely greet their neighbours
 So, it will be a valuable opportunity
to get to know
other people in the neighbourhood.

Reasons 3  Cycling also helps burn calories and fat.


 People who play this game will improve on
their hand-eye coordination and build
muscular strength.
 Keep their body slim and fit
 Help to tone up their body
