SUBJECT : Notice of Case Conference

DATE : January 7, 2020

1. Reference: Conduct of Case Review Once a Week.

2. This pertains to the incidents committed in your respective AOR which are still
unsolved/under investigation, to wit;

 Shooting incident at about 3:00PM of December 21, 2019 transpired at

Brgy. 3, Laoag City particularly in front of D1 Super Club wherein the victim was Arwin
Domingo Cristobal, 35, single, painter and resident of Brgy. 1, Laoag City while the
suspect/s are unidentified;

 Shooting incident at about 3:30 PM of January 5, 2020 transpired along

National Highway vicinity of Brgy. Guerrero, Dingras, Ilocos Norte wherein the victim was
Conrado Castillo Jr y Alfaro, 33 years old, tricycle driver and presently residing at Brgy.
Guerrero, Dingras this province was shot by still unidentified suspects.
3. In this regard, direct and advise your Chief, Investigator and Investigators-
On-Case of aforesaid incidents together with your Intel PNCO to attend said scheduled
case conference at this Office (PIDMB) tomorrow, January 8, 2020 @ 9:00 AM.
Further, advised them to prepare a presentation in power point for a case briefing
(Lambat-Sibat Format) and bring along with them the complete case folders of said
incidents.

4. Furthermore, ensure complete information/data of the following:

a. Brief Facts of the Case
b. CIMC, Link Diagram with Analysis
c. Bio-profile of victim/s
d. Bio-profile persons-of-interest (POI)
e. Actions Taken
f. TO-DO-LIST
