appeal no. 46 of 2003. I say that the appellants had also

taken out a notice being Ex. No. 140 of 2009. I say that the

said notice was taken out to amend the original written

statements filed by the appellants. However, the said notice

that is Ex. No. 14 of 2009 was discharged by this Hon’ble

Court on 31.01.2012. I say that appellants are going to file a

writ petition in the High Court against the order dated

31.01.2012.

It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be

2003 and the said appeal be adjourned to file the writ petition
