Protecting personal information is of the utmost importance to Alchemy Systems LP


(also “Alchemy”). This privacy policy describes how Alchemy collects and uses the
personal information you provide on our Web site, alchemysystems.com and on our
service SISTEM® Manager. It also describes the choices available to you regarding
our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this
information.

In general, you can visit alchemysystems.com on the World Wide Web without telling
us who you are, or providing us with any information. However, we collect the
domain names (not the e-mail addresses) of all visitors to measure the pages visited,
average time spent on the web site, etc. We use this information to continually
improve the convenience and functionality of our web site.

Alchemy and receive further information about products and services. Alchemy

you requested. By entering this contact information you agree that Alchemy may use
it to send you information regarding its products and services and other promotional

Unless specifically stated otherwise, when you provide personal information on the
Alchemy web site, you are agreeing to share that information with Alchemy and its
subsidiary companies. By using our web site, you explicitly consent to transferring the
data provided to Alchemy servers located in the United States and perhaps other
regions of the world. When Alchemy requests personal information, the company will
explain how it will be used.

Any personal data that you enter on the Alchemy web site is kept confidential and is
not shared with anyone outside of the Alchemy Systems family of companies. This
family of companies includes subsidiaries located in the European Union, Australia,

information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Alchemy will use industry best practices to ensure the security of all client account
information and/or personal information you send via electronic mail through the web
site. Alchemy, however, cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that

providers is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over

Other Third Party Tracking


Technologies such as tags, scripts, local shared objects and local storage are used by
Alchemy Systems and our partners, affiliates or analytics or service providers. These
technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’
movements around the site, and gathering demographic information about our user
base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by
these companies on an individual and aggregated basis.
Our third party partners employ clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), images,
and scripts that help them better manage content on our site. We do not tie the
information gathered to our Customers’ or Users’ personal information.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in


log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type,
internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time
stamp, and/or clickstream data.

We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information
we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve
marketing, analytics, or site functionality.

We use Local Shared Objects, such as Flash cookies, and Local Storage, such as
HTML5, to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we
partner to provide certain features on our website or to display advertising based upon

5. Information Related to Data Collected through Manager

Alchemy collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct
relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and
would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please
contact the client that you interact with directly.

We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service.
Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy
regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
Alchemy acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information.
We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate
data should direct his query to the Alchemy’s Client (the data controller). If the Client
requests us to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business
days.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed
to provide services to our Client. We will retain and use this personal information as
necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements.

If you wish to subscribe to our email(s), we will use your name and email address to
send the email to you. You may choose to stop receiving our marketing emails by
following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email
preferences in your account settings page or you can contact us
at contactus@alchemysystems.com.

6. Links to Other Sites

Our web site may include links to the sites of our business partners, vendors, and
advertisers. Alchemy is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices
employed by such third parties. If you submit personal information to any of those
sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to

7. Testimonials

With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you want
your testimonial removed please contact us at contactus@alchemysystems.com.

8. Access/Choice

Upon request Alchemy will provide you with information about whether we hold any
of your personal information. If your personal information changes, you may update
it under My Profile from within your account or by emailing us
at contactus@alchemysystems.com or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer
use your information to provide you services contact us by
emailing contactus@alchemysystems.com. We will retain and use your information as
necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements.

We will respond to your request to access within 30 business days.

9. Emailing

Our web site also enables you to send email to a third party containing a hyperlink to
one of the site’s web pages. By using this feature, you explicitly agree to obtain
permission to send such email. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify Alchemy to
claims from the third party with respect to this feature.

10. Refer a Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you
for your friend’s name, email address, address and phone number. We will
automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.
We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and
tracking the success of our referral program.

Your friend may contact us at contactus@alchemysystems.com to request that we remove


this information from our database.

11. Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Widgets, such as the Share this button or
interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP
address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the
Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by
a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are
governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Alchemy Systems does not knowingly solicit information from children, and we do
not knowingly market our products or services to children.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)
requires us to disclose the following information with respect to our collection, use
and disclosure of personal data.

California consumers have the right to request access to their personal data, additional
details about our information practices and deletion of their personal data (subject to
certain exceptions). California consumers also have the right to opt out of sales of
personal data, if applicable. We describe how California consumers can exercise their
rights under the CCPA below. Please note that you may designate an authorized agent
to exercise these rights on your behalf by providing written materials demonstrating
that you have granted the authorized agent power of attorney. Please note that if an
authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may need to contact you to
verify your identity and protect the security of your personal data. We will not
discriminate against you if you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Right to Know: You may request access to the specific pieces of personal data we
have collected about you in the last 12 months. You may also request additional
details about our information practices, including the categories of personal data we
have collected about you, the sources of such collection, the categories of personal
data we share for a business or commercial purpose, and the categories of third parties

Deletion: You may request that we delete the personal data we have collected about
you. Please note that we may retain certain information as required or permitted by

your email for a verification email. We are required by law to verify your identity
prior to deleting your data in order to protect your privacy and security. If you request
to delete your personal data, certain of our products and services may no longer be
available to you.

The Alchemy Systems Web Site Privacy Policy may be amended by Alchemy
Systems from time to time. If we make any material changes we will notify you by
email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on
