with business managers, concept development, development, operations and setting up a
management organization in collaboration with Volvo IT. The project was run in accordance
with Volvo's project model and required a new approach to the target group, new working
methods, new organization and facilitation of a new brand. He worked with Volvo Trucks for
four years and was originally involved in selling the idea.

A S S I G N M E N T Europeiska needed a new platform for their online community Resdagboken
since the old platform no longer was able to cope with the high load. The project included
education, requirement analysis, interaction design, system development and management.
Hans was responsible for the creation of the concept with focus on user utilization and user
experience and produced wireframes for the solution.

to 240,000 in three years, which uploaded over 30,000 new images each day. New products
were developed together with users like travel insurance backup, photo development etc.
