According to studies, there is an alarming increase in the number of cases in which the teenagers nowadays are involved. These cases include out of school
youth status, unwanted pregnancy, depression, suicidal attempts and illegal drug addiction. To help in eradicating these issues, the students will act as
members of “Sangguniang Kabataan” in their respective barangays. They are to create a project proposal about “Youth Empowerment” which will cater the
teenagers in the communities where they belong. They are to empower the youth to join the activities that will help them know and do their responsibilities
as part of the society. The output must contain plan of action that includes specific details; relevant to the needs of the beneficiaries and; has clear and
concise process of implementation.
