Dear Diary,

I recently felt sleepy and tired. I thought it was because I skipped

my breakfast a few times last week.

Breakfast is important because it provides energy for me to begin

my day. Secondly, I can focus better as it boosts my brain activity. Lastly,
it helps me to maintain my body weight. In addition, I must practise
healthy eating habits.

I hope I will not forget to take my breakfast every morning.
