Re: Demand to pay the amount of Php 252,500.00

Dear Ma’am:

This refers to the CHINABANK check with no. 0001339486 dated

February 13, 2019, amounting to TWO HUNDRED FIFTY TWO FIVE HUNDRED
(Php 252,500.00) you issued in favor of the undersigned.

Unfortunately, upon presentment for payment, the said check was

dishonored by reason of “CLOSED ACCOUNT”

In view of the foregoing, the undersigned demands that the

amount of Php 252,500.00 be paid within five (5) days from receipt of this
letter. She trusts that you share her interest that this matter be settled
amicably. However, if within said period she will not receive compliance
with this demand, she would construe it as lack of interest on your part for
amicable settlement, in which she has no more recourse but to file
corresponding criminal (estafa and violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22)
and civil charges against you.

It is strongly advised to settle the claims in order to defray from

unwanted and unnecessary litigation expenses.

This letter does not contain full recitation of facts and she hereby
reserves the right to assert additional facts and demand additional
damages as circumstances may warrant.

We hope you will give this matter prompt attention.
