 AGENDA SUGGESTIONS AND PROPOSALS

Discuss site security  Person A suggested that the Security in section 3 be

management increased
 Person B suggested that ABC Security Services should
be contacted for the extra manpower

Discuss the additional
costs for the first section
 The additional costs that have incurred need to be
added up and a detailed report needs to be formed
on the same.
 A reimbursement contract needs to be prepared and
sent to the client.
